Have you ever seen an Army personnel with fat belly, most of us will say no. So I change my question to - Have you ever seen an Police personal with fat belly. Most of us will say yes, this can be a reason that we rarely see or get a chance to meet an army personal. But in reality you will definitely find more percentage of police with fat belly as compare to army personal. In fact one thing is clear that they does not have a cardio regime in their daily activities. Imagine a situation where the policeman needs to chase a criminal by running, he will be done within 50 meters with that belly fat.
We must be feeling so much of anger and despair looking at the fat belly of our police. Take my opinion don't be because like we do not find time to do some exercise or any physical activity for them to it is difficult to find time and do some cardio regime in their daily activity. Every one of us are effected by abdominal obesity, It happens when excessive abdominal fat around the stomach and abdomen has built up to the extent that it is likely to have a negative impact on health.
But who cares we love our punch bag. One reason is that having a belly is sign of prosperity and from the fat belly people know that I am not starving. "More money, more food" seems to be the faulty equation. This old logic, that measures prosperity by the size of a paunch, however, seems to be giving way to modern standards of nutrition. Obesity and tubbiness is increasingly being recognized for what they are: signs of malnourishment.
We should start caring now because there is a strong correlation between central obesity and cardiovascular disease. Abdominal obesity is not confined only to the elderly and obese subjects.Abdominal obesity has been linked to Alzheimer's disease as well as other metabolic and vascular diseases
Data from the Organisation of Economic Co-operation and Development on health patterns in emerging economies, shows India still has the lowest obesity rate as compared to Brazil, Russia and China. But even if one in five Indians are overweight, that's still a lot.
